John Malmo has completed assignments for companies with annual sales volumes from $100,000 to $2 billion. He has worked for public and private corporations, partnerships, family-owned companies and budding entrepreneurs in, virtually, every business category, as well as non-profit organizations of all kinds.

John Malmo charges by the hour for his time and that of one assistant. Travel expenses are billed at net. Any additional outside expenses, such as focus groups or quantitative marketing research, or any other outside vendors are quoted up front and charged directly to the client by that service provider. Such outside charges are not billed through John Malmo Marketing Consulting, and the firm collects no commissions, mark-ups or kick-backs from those vendors.

Post-Assignment: Should the client want John Malmo to participate in the execution of his recommendations or to carry the assignment further, he will provide estimates of additional time (costs) to do so.
